Most retail orders ship from Lancaster, PA within 2-4 days unless notified of back-ordered or out-of-stock items.

The preferred shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping fees will be included during the checkout process. Please contact me in advance for any special shipping requests before placing your order.

Every effort is made for quick & reliable deliveries. If you encounter an issue with your order (i.e. lost or arrived damaged) please contact hello@joymarkstudio.com within 10 days so I can help make things right.

Unless otherwise stated on Faire or Etsy, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and should be reported within 14 days for shop credit or exchange. Refunds may be given depending on individual circumstances.
