$150 Opening order minimum | $100 Replenishment order minimum

- Order by email: hello@joymarkstudio.com; phone: (410) 322-1084 between 10-4 EST; or Faire.com*
- If placed by email or phone, invoices are emailed via Freshbooks and payment may be made securely online by credit card, Venmo, or PayPal
- Payment is processed on the date an order is shipped
*Orders placed through Faire.com may include unique incentives or terms & conditions

- Most orders ship from Lancaster, PA within 1-2 weeks (tea towels take 2-3 weeks), unless notified of back-ordered or out of stock items
- Preferred shipping method is USPS First Class or Priority with tracking and insurance
- Shipping fees will be included with your invoice. Please call or email in advance for any special shipping requests
- Every effort is made for quick & reliable deliveries. If you encounter an issue with your order (i.e. lost or arrived damaged) please contact hello@joymarkstudio.com within 10 days so we can help make things right

- Occasionally, items sell out before inventory can be updated. If this happens, all in stock items from your order will ship first and then back-ordered items will ship once replenished
- If a second shipment is needed for out of stock items, Joymark Studio will cover the cost
- Turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks including shipping time, but may be more or less depending on location, vendor partners, time of year and the shipping service

- Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and should be reported within 14 days for shop credit or exchange. Refunds may be given depending on individual circumstances
- Please email hello@joymarkstudio.com to start a return or exchange process
- Photos of items may be requested to process any return or exchange

Boxed sets cannot be broken up. All items must be sold in original packaging & cannot be relabeled or rebranded.
Joymark Studio goods cannot be resold on Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace or other similar reselling/third-party marketplaces.

Today’s discerning customer is interested in design, quality, and sustainability. My values align seamlessly. Cards are printed on heavyweight 100% recycled stock and include kraft envelopes. FSC-certified paper and eco-friendly packaging are used regularly. I work with trusted partners in the U.S.A. to produce my original designs in high-quality small batches—ensuring you feel great about offering Joymark collections and your customers receive something unique *and* lasting, keeping them returning to you for every occasion.
