Orders placed through Faire may be subject to Faire’s specific terms, minimums, and promotional incentives.

- For direct orders (email or phone), invoices will be sent via FreshBooks.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
- Payment is due upon shipment unless other arrangements have been made prior.
- Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 15 days past due.

- All orders typically ship from Lancaster, PA within 4-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Preferred shipping methods are USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.
- Shipping costs will be added to your invoice.
- If you have a carrier preference or need expedited service, please contact us via email prior to placing your order.
- Please add an additional 7 business days turnaround time during high-volume seasons.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.

Occasionally, items may sell out before inventory updates. In that case:
- All in-stock items will ship immediately.
- Backordered items will ship separately once restocked.
- Typical restock turnaround is 2–3 weeks, though this may vary by season, vendor delays, or destination.

- We will replace damaged or defective items if reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Please email photos of damaged items to hello@joymarkstudio.com
- Note: Joymark Studio is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carriers

- Boxed sets may not be broken up.
- All Joymark Studio products must be sold in their original packaging.
